ARTS 2025 intends to publish all papers that are accepted by our Scientific Committee. We will be associating with reputed Conference Proceedings to publish all Accepted papers in Scopus database

Call for Papers

We invite researchers, practitioners, and students to submit their original research papers and case studies related to the conference themes. All submissions will undergo a peer-review process, and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. The details of Conference Proceedings will be updated here in portal once the agreement is signed. We encourage authors to draft the manuscript in IEEE template, for uniformity

Guidelines

Plagiarism Policy

  • Whether intentional or not, plagiarism is a serious violation.

  • Plagiarism is the copying of ideas, text, data and other creative work (e.g. tables, figures and graphs) and presenting it as original research without proper citation.

  • We define plagiarism as a case in which a paper reproduces another work with at least 20% similarity and with citation (or ) at least 10% similarity and without citation.

  • Also single source similarity should not exceed not more than 3%

  • We are Very serious about the Plagiarism Content; we accept only original Article.

  • The article may be rejected any time if found plagiarized. Also, the registration amount will not refunded at any circumstance

  • Authors are required to submit their papers adhering to the IEEE format.

  • The final paper should be written in English with a maximum paper length of eight printed pages including figures strictly with the IEEE manuscript template.

  • The working language of the conference is English, which will be used for all printed material, presentations and discussion

  • The submitted papers must be original and unpublished.

  • Double-blind peer reviews will be followed.

  • All accepted papers will be forwarded to our partnered Conference Proceedings. At this stage, we are applying few reputed Conference Proceedings publishers.

  • Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author attend and present the paper at the conference.

  • Submissions, refereeing, and all correspondence will be conducted by e-mail.

  • Submissions are to be made via CMT Microsoft

  • The Microsoft CMT service will be used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
