An official Letter of Invitation, issued in English, may assist with your visa application. Invitation letters are available upon request for registered participants and will be provided only after both registration and payment have been completed. All letters will be sent electronically via email
To request an invitation letter, kindly send the following documents to mri@mahsa.edu.my:

The Organizing Committee has no authority over visa applications or embassy/consulate decisions.
Visa issuance is the sole discretion of the respective governmental authorities.
Processing times vary, participants are strongly advised to apply as early as possible.
In the case of visa refusal, the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or embassy/consulate is final. The Organizing Committee will not correspond or appeal on behalf of applicants.
